Meet The Team
Marco Campos is the Founder and Chief Executive of Campos Companies and its subsidiaries. He has 20+ years of experience working in a variety of engineering, operations and consulting capacities.
He enjoys philanthropy, particularly in support of women and under-represented minorities pursuing STEM related fields. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a licensed Civil Engineer.
He has four children and a Boxer (Larry) that comes to work with him every day. Marco enjoys bringing an entrepreneurial culture to the business and he is always seeking the next venture. Building business and aligning employees/ individuals to the success they bring is his specialty.
Jacob Decker is the Chief Controls Officer at Campos EPC with a focus on Estimating and Project Controls for the Energy Sector.
He has worked at Campos EPC for 8 years and has over 19 years of experience in Construction, Project Management, Estimating and Project Controls. Jacob holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
He is an outdoor enthusiast that enjoys building teams and creating the future leaders of tomorrow.
Michael began working as Construction Contractor, where he learned project management, estimating, scheduling, and change control. He has been with Campos for almost 6 years. He now leads a growing Campos Precision team, sharing his knowledge and expertise as a Director of Project Controls. He specializes in programmatic level estimating, project control, and Data Management. Outside of work, he volunteers at habitat for humanity and the midnight mission. He is a fighter against homelessness and an advocate for family and mental health.
The Campos Foundation’s mission is to elevate underrepresented minority and female students through STEM education initiatives.
